Taxi accident 631-949-****
My wife and I were in a cab on October 18th at 12:00 p.m. the driver picked us up from Columbia Presbyterian hospital we were headed for Pennsylvania station even by New York cab driver standards this driver was an animal behind the wheel you got to send you an accident two blocks away from where we had to go my wife had just had a medical procedure done and she was still groggy from the drugs that they gave her I was concerned about her as I was helping her get out of the car I had already had the money in my hand I was going to not pay him because of the horrendous ride that he gave us he yanked the money out of my hand I am now pursuing legal action I want my money back but that's not the first order of business the first order of business is I want this driver's *** license revoked he's going to hurt somebody thank you

I want to cancel my Tlc license
The worst customer service responses try to ask how I should send my Tlc cancellation request and how should get the form but cut the phone she was so rude I didnt got answer customer service for that to solve problems tell you the process how it works send it by mail or online do it that the customer should know thanks
